These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Design Kit at ai-design-kit.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational directory. We curate and display descriptions, links, and related content about third-party AI tools and resources.

We do not operate those third-party tools unless we clearly say otherwise. Your use of any listed product is governed by that provider's terms and policies.

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or admin areas;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure, except as allowed by robots.txt or our written permission;

• upload malware or interfere with the Site's operation.

If you submit a tool or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We may review, edit, reject, remove, or reorder listings at any time. Publication is not guaranteed.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and format that content on the Site in connection with the directory.

The Site's design, branding, and original editorial content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

The Site contains links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Accessing external sites is at your own risk.

THE SITE AND ALL LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that listings are complete, current, error-free, or that any listed tool will meet your needs. You are solely responsible for evaluating tools before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY TOOL LINKED FROM IT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR A FREE DIRECTORY).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Site or others.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
